We have to Support the Retree21 program, which is the largest tree planting global by Evironmental Conservation Association of Malaysia, Prof. Dr. (Er.) Santharasekaran Subramaniam to ensure the wellbeing of all and safeguard our environment.
If we even plant one tree today, we may contribute for the atleast 100-200 next generation of eco-citizens. Trees are vital. As the biggest plants on the planet, they give us oxygen, store carbon, stabilise the soil and give life to the world's wildlife. They also provide us with the materials for tools and shelter. Some of them also provide us with herbal essences as remedies.
This green leafy plant, also known as Tulsi (queen of herbals) Ocimum sanctum L. It has a history within Indian medicine as a treatment for many diseases of conditions, from eye diseases, mental imbalances to ringworms. From regular fever to some of the deadliest and most fatal bacterial and viral infections – tulsi can help cure or to some extent, facilitate treating most diseases. “The essential oils found in tulsi, effectively act on our respiratory system”. It is rich in antioxidants which help in mitigating stress and conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and so on. “Tulsi has linoleic acid which is extremely beneficial for skin,”
From the leaves to the seed, holy basil is considered a tonic for the body, mind, and spirit. Different parts of the plant are recommended for treating different conditions:

🍀Use the leaves and seeds, with black pepper, for malaria.
🍀Use the whole plant for diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.
